• Challenge lasts 3 months: Monday, February 1st – Friday, April 30th
 

  • Everyone that wants to participate pays $10. The person at the end of the 3 months that has earned the most points wins all the money.  If there is a tie the money will be split.
 

  • There are 10 items a day to try to accomplish (that contribute to your overall wellness), each worth 1 point, with 10 points possible each day. Obviously the goal each week would be to earn 70 points.
 

  • You get one free point, PER CATEGORY, PER WEEK. For example, one day a week you could choose to skip exercising, but you would still get the point for doing it – if you only miss it once that week. This is the same for every category – you can miss once a week in each category. Or you might choose to just have one “free day”, where all of your points are free. However, if you don’t use all of your free points one week, you lose them at the end of the week – they cannot be transferred to later weeks.
 

  • Wellness Challenge weeks run Monday - Sunday. 
 

 

  • Every Tuesday I will post weekly points on the “better me in 3” Wellness challenge website…Go to www.bettermein3.weebly.com for all the info!
 

  • Exceptions:
    • Birthdays are free days…and if your birthday isn’t between Feb 1st–April 31st…you can pick any day to be a free day!
 

    • You are allowed 3 excused sick days (if you are truly sick) when you do not need to exercise or follow the water/veggies/fruit rules (if you cannot eat/drink)
 

    • Free point holidays: Valentines Day, St. Patrick's day, & Easter
