Melissa Z: Well, this week was tough!  Coming back from vacation made getting back into the swing of things a challenge!  This was my worst week yet.  Plus, the motivation is dying!  It is hard to care when you are just so tired!!! 


Margie Ree: I'm still going strong!  I've lost almost 15 pounds and a pant size :+)

Lisa Rad: It was a hard week for me...happy to use those free
points this week.  It feels like I am getting this down, and the scale isn't
moving at all... boo.....hiss.....I'm still eating well, just too darn much!
Well, I'm not aiming for weight loss really, just balance.  Had to really
struggle with that last week, and this week, my anniversary week, is no
exception.  (really, when does it get easy?)   :O

Carmie B: First I want to say a big THANK YOU for offering this challenge!  It has helped me to "see" where I need to make the healthy changes in my life.  But most of all, it has kept my focus  very positive and spiritual during the last 2 weeks when we learned some very bad news.  Our 22 yr old daughter was diagnosed with a rare type of ovarian cancer.  We, she, are doing ok now that we have the full prognosis and know that she will be ok.  I know since I have conquered some of these 'wellness challenges" (ie. journal writing, reading, and exercises) I have become a stronger person and therefor, have been able to be "the rock" to help my daughter and family get through this.  And when no one is looking, I hide in my bedroom and cry!!  I have to let off the emotional stress, too! So, again, I want to THANK YOU for making this challenge possible!  I have truly learned how helpful it can be to the spirit and mind!  We all know how helpful it is to our body!!  by the way I have lost 9 lbs, 1+ inches in the core and dropped a size in clothes!! WOO!! HOO!!   

Jessica L: Another tough week but I stuck with it and earned 70 points for this week :) Yea me...I am really looking forward to Easter and a free day!  Hey Jen since we are Christians and Good Friday is pretty big for us, can we count that as a holiday too?!? :) lol

Cindy B: The sugar one gets me every time....that and the journal one. dont know why it's just so hard to remember to write my day down.
  But I love doing this challenge because I'm more aware to exercise and eat more veggies and fruits, etc.  so that way is working for me and I can tell a difference in the way my clothes are fitting.  good feelings!

Steph S: This was a super exciting week for me because I finally got my weight down by 10 pounds!  It's taken me to of these competitions to do it, but I'm so stoked.  Just hope that I can keep it up!  Way to go everyone!  You are all so inspiring!  =)

Don W:  Doing great - did a 10K this afternoon with a 1100 ft elevation gain.
