Stephanie S: These last two weeks were hard and I'm feeling like I'm taking a few more liberties.  I must get back on track!  I know that I can do it and I"m still actually losing a little bit of weight to help motivate me.  Yay!  =)

Melissa Z: Having family visit and special events makes holding to the challenge, challenging to say the least!  I hope that this next week proves to be a bit easier!!

Rebecca R: I am working on reading and writing in my journal which are my weakest catigory so my points for this week should jump up.  I have several things I do without thinking about them and those two are next to be conquered.

Carmie B: my personal goal for this week - make 10 everyday - NO CHEATING!!  Just pour myself into my excercise!!

Rahel M: This was busy and difficult week I started reverting to old habits under stress. Used free points

Don W: It was a tough week, and on some days a real challenge - rain and snow, illness, time, temptations, etc.  But, no surrender!

Kirsten P: Have found that flavored water (propel) is another great way for me to get my water intake.  Enjoyed the weather all weekend out on the American River Trail!  Beautiful weather for long walks.

Margie Ree: Another great week!  I'm so excited about this new life style.  It's just habit now to do everything on the list to get a point!

Veronica A: Just spent a couple of days with my SoCal friend who is also doing the challenge...it was so fun to encourage each other and go on walks together!

Marta P: I was at Asilomar at the Empty Spools Seminar (Quilting). I took a quilt class for 5 days and loved every minute of it. I then came home a day later than I expected do to rain and traffic. It put me behind on exercise and I had one too many sweets this week. When they feed you and put out deserts for lunch and dinner it is hard not to give in. I took my "birthday" this week so I could have an easier time but still couldn't quite keep with everything.

Shonna O: Not a good week.  I cheated alot!

Shannon L: This week was challenging! My mom got shoulder surgery, my kids and I were ill, my honey was gone most of the week at a class, and my Grandma died on Tuesday. But I did not turn to food for comfort. My main challenge was the awful weather and busyness that has accompanied the recent events, making exercise difficult to achieve, especially since I was gasping for breath from the respiratory aspect of my illness just doing simple tasks. I went out on Friday with friends and I really didn't even want dessert. I think that's progress. My hope now is that the scale will reflect my happy little habits. One month down.

Megan A: This week was a challenge with the sweets...I am a huge chocolate and ice cream fan and I struggle daily to not succumb to my cravings. On the other hand, I can feel the difference in my energy levels when I eat fuel food and when I eat my 'junk food'. It is amazing! While the junk food has been a challenge, I am so blessed to have such a supportive husband. We have been getting up in the mornings and running at a local park with a couple of friends, and then we push each other to get to the gym that night for strength training. The difference in my confidence level is amazing, I feel healthy and I feel good about my body--something I haven't felt since I was a college athlete. I'm baaaaaack!

Mollie B:  I just joined a gym this week so I am hoping it will inspire me to get more active!

Rose S: My husband  and I have been sick, so the exercise went out the window, as well as the journaling. Hope next week will be better.

Sara B: Made 4 doz cookies after school Friday.  As I watched everyone eating them (while my mouth was watering) I pulled out my homemade granola and snacked on it.  As good as a cookie?  NO!  Good enough to get me through it?  YES!
