Ronda A: I'm having trouble with the all or nothing on sugar.  I tend to binge on the day I'm letting myself eat sugar.How do you deal with that?  I realize it may not be sweets for you....but on the thing that you struggle with the most, how do you keep yourself from going overboard on the 'free' day?  I guess I need to walk in the power of His Spirit and have self control.  Just wanted to know of another maybe easier way.  : )

Margie Reeves: I'm still hanging in there and feeling great!  I've now fit into pants that I haven't worn in awhile!  YAY!

Kirsten P: I have lost 5 pounds!  I am very excited.  If I would step up my intensity on the 45 minutes of exercise I am sure I would lose quicker but I just am not quite there yet.  

Jessica L: I can't believe we are starting week 5.  This has been a complete lifestyle change for me and I can't imagine life without it now.  I love feeling healthy and looking forward to eating and exercising :)

Doria W: I got really sick on Sunday and used my sick points for the
first time. I couldn't get out of bed let alone exercise.  I'm feeling so
much better.  I'm looking forward to famers markets and really fresh fruits
& vegis!
